Who pays the shipping costs if the package is returned?
The costs and risk of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, even if you want to exchange an item.
I'm missing a product, what should I do?
Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please include photos with your request.
Can I still cancel my order?
Once your order has been registered with the carrier, this is no longer possible.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 8:30 PM will be delivered within 48 hours on weekdays. This applies only to orders within the Netherlands and Belgium and depends on the delivery service: DHL, PostNL.
Can I also pick up my order?
Pick up is not possible.
Was my payment/order successful?
Your payment/order has been successfully placed once you receive a confirmation email. As soon as we receive confirmation that your payment has been successful, we will process your order.
